How to File a Divorce Case in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)?
- Case Registration – Our divorce lawyers assist in the registration of the case at the Family Guidance Section in the applicable Emirate. At this stage, our divorce lawyers will come up with a roadmap to determine the actions to be taken moving forward.
- Reconciliation – This is a mandatory stage. Here, both parties can raise their concerns and try to reconcile and reach a divorce settlement. - Court Proceedings (Court Of First Instance, Court Of Appeal, or Court Of Cessation) – Court proceedings happen when the conciliation process for a mutual divorce fails.
